This is one of the biggest Chinese sanctuaries in South-East Asia and is situated on top of Robson Hill. This sanctuary has a place with the Malaysian Chinese people group in Malaysia and open gifts made it conceivable to open the sanctuary. It was finished in 1987 and authoritatively opened on 3 September 1989. The property has a place with and is controlled by the Selangor and Federal Territory Hainan Association. The sanctuary, worked by the Hainanese people group living in Kuala Lumpur, is devoted to Goddess Thean Hou (The Heavenly Mother). The front passage of the sanctuary includes a multi-angled door with red columns, the shading typical of flourishing and favorable luck. Trinket slows down and a bottle are found on the first level. The second level houses the multi-reason lobby while workplaces are situated on the third level. The fourth level has 3 levels and the petition lobby is situated here.
