The Emirates Towers is a building complex in Dubai that contains the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The two towers, which ascend to 355 m and 309 m, individually, remain as the 23rd and 47th tallest structures on the planet. The two towers are associated by a 9,000 m² (96,875 ft²) two-story retail complex known as "The Boulevard". The Emirates Towers complex is situated on the Sheik Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is an image of the city of Dubai. The Emirates Towers was developed by the development wing of Al Ghurair Investment bunch.
An anomaly of the configuration is that the towers have a comparative number of floors; the taller office tower really contains 54 stories, while the lodging tower contains 56 stories.
